Back to the routines and sports and homework and the need for quick, go-to meals! This is an omnivorous collection of 10 recipes that are perfect for busy weeknights. Each meal can be prepped and cooked in under an hour (not considering any marinating time, which I suggest you think about in the morning when you're already in the kitchen).

I try to plan and shop for three meals at a time so I don't have to stress about what is for dinner at 5pm. Have the meal in mind and groceries available so it's not such a racket at that busy hour.
