We’ve done dozens of tacos around here because a tortilla is the best vehicle for anything. These steak tacos are no exception. Easy, under 30, and weeknight-friendly, these are sure to be a family favorite. You can make the pico de gallo ahead of time and shake up a few grapefruit margaritas while the steak is marinating.
These are wonderful wrapped in fresh corn or cassava tortillas, but if you can make your own tortillas or find the fresh version in the refrigerated section, those will take these over the top.
