I riffed this wonderful idea from Half Baked Harvest - a true talent in both recipe writing and photography. We've made shawarma before, but this time around, we’re doing sweet potatoes in there. Same, but different.

You NEED all the fixings! It’s tasty chicken, but the spreads and feta etc. make it more special.

Beware if your oven runs hot, it may give a little too much char to everything.

Somewhere between 400-425' is fine.
