For the sake of weeknight dinners, I used a prepared pie crust. If you are interested in making your own, try this one
We are going to par bake the crust so it doesn’t get soggy, and then mix some broccoli, shredded cheese and a bit of caramelized onions into a creamy egg mixture. If you want this to be a frittata, simply skip the crust, add two eggs, and bake it in an 8” pan. Most frozen crusts come with two circles, and we will only need one for this recipe.
