Another rollover recipe! The pizza has a simple, ricotta and garlic base, which can be rolled over into the Red Pepper and Cauliflower Pasta recipe.
I know late fall, early winter is a sad time for produce, but this recipe makes the most of winter greens with garlicky, lemon infused sautéed swiss chard that tops a creamy, cheesy base. If you have kids who aren’t jazzed on vegetables as a pizza topping, you can top the ricotta base with their favorite goodies - pepperoni, mozzarella, sausage, etc.!
