Shawarma Meatballs w/ Brown Rice Herb Salad

This is a quick full meal that uses minimal pans! There have been variations of shawarmas on SKCC, but this take of meatballs is baked for minimal flipping and maximum flavor. The brown rice salad is a take on tabbouleh, suitable for our gluten-free friends. I suggest making the rice in advance to ensure that it is totally cooled before making the recipe.
We just crumbled the feta cheese into the rice salad, if you want to go a step further and get more moisture involved, make the Feta Sauce or Green Tahini from the archives.
