Another sauce to add to your arsenal. This is so versatile. Thin it with a bit of lemon juice to dress a big green salad. Swipe as a condiment in a pita. Use it on our Sheet Pan Med Meatballs or our Za’taar Chicken. Or a pizza base with roasted peppers! Yum.
The key here is to use feta that is IN BRINE. Do not buy those crusty nuggets in a tub for this. You need that salinity and the moisture for the cheese if you can find it.
