Pizza-Style Turkey Meatballs

There were requests for me to include the meatball recipe here for the archives that we made for the kids cook-along a few weeks ago so here she is. Incorporating frozen spinach into the dough helps get vegetables in without it being a big deal in the kid’s eyes. They don’t even know it’s there and it doesn’t change the taste.

I know it is a small amount of ricotta, and no one likes all that extra. It is great for making fluffy pancakes or this pasta bake!
