I love when chicken gets a good char and the sugar in this marinade helps with that.

My kids have turned against rice altogether, but I can sometimes sneak this Lundberg Spanish Rice by them. Spanish rice could be made from scratch, but I keep this rice in the pantry for Mexican bowls like this.

The crema is delicious, but best eaten the day it is made, so I kept the yield small.
