Vegetable Tart w/ Almond Cornmeal Crust

This is a great breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is great to deliver or serve at a brunch or baby shower. You can swap out the vegetables for whatever is seasonal or your preferred cheese. It’s flexible!

The crust ingredients will not fill a pan any large than the 9-10” suggested size. You can use a tart pan, pie pan, or shallow oven-safe skillet.

If gluten free is a non-issue, or more of a hassle for you, use a prepared pie crust, and par bake it like we do for the broccoli quiche. The GF version below has a lot of texture and may not be for everyone.
