Tropical Smoothie

Forever trying to get more produce into my kids. These are creamy and great with fresh or frozen fruit depending on what is ripe and available. I would add the smallest nub of ginger for myself, but you know what your people will go for.
We often have canned coconut milk around and open for stews and smoothies which makes this extra luscious, but using all oat or almond milk would be fine.
