We’re going to bulk up our prep ahead archives with these stuffed shells. Shells like this remind me of deconstructed lasagna; satisfying and cheesy and a hit with the kids. We’re sneaking in some spinach and artichokes for vegetables and it resembles the famous dip.

The entire dish can be prepared a day in advance, stored in the fridge and finished in the oven the following day. It can also be frozen before that final bake.
