This comes together so quickly! I believe it serves four generously in an 8” square pan. You could double it and bake one for dinner, and freeze another for a later date.
If you want to add protein here, 6 oz. of browned Italian sausage stirred into the whole situation will work!
The pasta does drink up the sauce as it sits, so if you reheat leftovers, add a splash of water/broth or milk to help bring your serving back to life.
