We do have a few different chocolate chip cookies, but how about one without the brown butter step? I am still not completely sold on the trick of adding pudding mix, but I will say the cookies kept longer and maintained a great texture. It makes a good amount of cookies, enough to share! Since there are two eggs, it’s also easy to halve the recipe if you don’t need 20 cookies.
Because these cookies are small, if you want to add nuts or coconut etc., you’ll want to chop them before mixing them in.
