Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich

Breakfast? Lunch? Your call.

I saw an Instagram photo (no idea who to credit) of a bagel sandwich with potato chips and I couldn't stop thinking about it. The potato chips add crunch and a little kick can be added if you can get your hands on some dill pickle flavored chips (Kettle brand, Sprouts and Trader Joe’s make them). I suppose this is a loose recipe and you can tinker with amounts of everything to taste.

I wrote the recipe for two because half hits the spot for me and our kids aren’t big salmon fans, but you can easily double this if your family would go through four.
