If you’re short on time, you can skip the marinating step and simply coat the chicken with the marinade instead. If going this route, omit the olive oil.

Any cut of chicken can be used here (breasts, legs, etc.), so you can use whatever cut you prefer. This would be great with a whole chicken but would require a significantly longer baking time.
