Everyone needs a savory granola around, ready to transform a salad, roast vegetable dish, or to take morning yogurt in a new direction. Really, the options are endless with this one. This week, we recommend trying it over the vinegar roasted beets. Feel free to play around with the seeds and nuts here. This is very customizable and can easily use whatever you have on hand. Perhaps the best thing about making this granola is that no tossing is needed! We learned this little trick from Alexandra over at Alexandra’s Kitchen and have never looked back.
