
Sausage Pasta w/ Pink Sauce

Hugh said this is one of his favorite pastas on SKCC. Everyone here likes red sauce, but toning down the acid with a bit of cream hits the spot. It’s very similar to a classic vodka sauce, but I used white wine (what I stock, but red wine would also work). I browned some sausage for a topping, but the sausage could work very well in the sauce with a bit more broth. Vegetarians can either use a plant-based sausage or add nothing and enjoy. I know it’s spring, but you can still squeak this one in!
