If you make the Roasted Chicken first, you’ll have some shredded chicken to add into this soup! You can also use a large, leftover grilled chicken breast, or I’ve also thrown in some tenders after the onions soften to sear, continue with the soup, then shred them up after they cook through in the soup.
You need the toppings! Don’t skip something crunchy.
