For the crusts, we usually use the frozen ones from Trader Joes. Hugh and I will do the cauliflower based one and I just get the plain one they have for the kids. These also work well on prepared naan bread. You can use fresh dough, but I can never get it as thin as I’d like it, so go for that if you have a way with dough!
If you cannot find smoked almonds, a roasted, salted almond is absolutely fine.
