Raspberry Hazelnut Overnight Oats

Overnight oats may have had their heyday a few years back, but we can’t resist a delicious on the go breakfast. This version gets dressed up with homemade hazelnut butter and frozen raspberries that shatter and melt into the oats. Frozen berries are better in this case, but fresh is fine too if that's what you have.

The hazelnut butter is about as easy to dump into a blender and done! Look for the pre-toasted hazelnuts with the skins mostly off. If you can’t find them, you can roast them in an oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Put between two towels and rub off the skins. Or just use your favorite premade nut butter!
