Prosciutto & Brussels Sprouts Leaf Pizza

Honestly, we haven't been making pizza lately because it’s so cold here that once the sun goes down, I don't have the backbone to hang out by our pizza oven, even for a short period of time! I know you real winter folk are rolling your eyes. So we had one warmerish day this week and I got dough going!

The kids will always prefer plain pepperoni pizza, but for some skcc variety, I tried the combination below.

If pulling the leaves off Brussels sprouts sounds silly, I think some drained and chopped artichoke hearts would be a good combo with the crispy prosciutto as well.
