Spinach Artichoke Chicken Burgers

I think I’ve already told you about these buns/rolls I LOVE at Sprouts (but are otherwise hard to find) called Cristal buns. I really just wanted to make a sandwich that made sense with that bread! To not be high maintenance and send you on a search for those specific buns, you can use any bun that is not overly bready, so it doesn’t take over the whole sandwich.

I added a sprinkle of nutritional yeast to ours, but hesitate to add an ingredient that you may not stock and is not totally necessary. It adds a sort of “cheesy” flavor without being cheese at all. It is normally located in the supermarket near the seasonings.

The spinach and artichoke are chopped small and inoffensive, so even the kids ate these!
