My friend and neighbor brought over sourdough-discard crackers a couple of weeks ago and I keep thinking about them. Then when a recipe for crackers popped up in a Half Baked Harvest cookbook I was flipping through, I decided to make some. The kids and their friends enjoyed them. They would be great on a cheese plate because they are sturdy and savory.
My tip is to roll them thin so you get a good crispy cracker!
