Admittedly in the heat of summer, my desire to cook plummets. We’ve done many, many tacos and nachos on SKCC (they’re the perfect vessel!) these are intended to be quick with minimal clean up.
What helps it come together quickly is the chipotle salsa. We have a recipe in the archives, or a store-bought favorite will work as well. It’s a semi-mild restaurant style salsa that is incredibly easy to make.
