This is a no-fuss waffle recipe that comes together in about the time it takes your waffle iron to preheat.
It’s perfectly crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. I have a standard waffle maker and am not 100% sure this recipe can be made in a Belgian waffle maker, so proceed with caution if that’s what you have. The recipe does, however, work well as pancakes if you’re in doubt (or if you don’t have a waffle iron).
The olive oil flavor is very prominent so, if you’d like, replace it with avocado oil, melted coconut oil, etc. Butter would be delicious, too.
