Oat & Fig Balls

We’re keeping these nut-free so they can go in lunch boxes or help our members with nut allergies. We like them best cold from the fridge, as the coconut butter/oil makes them a little creamy when chilled.
I used dried Turkish figs from Trader Joes (the lighter colored ones), but I’m sure the darker Mission figs will work if you have those.
