Miso Glazed Tofu Stir Fry

This recipe calls for two sauces: a miso glaze for the tofu and a basic stir fry sauce. If you’d prefer to stick to one sauce, double the miso glaze and use that in place of the stir fry sauce. Add 2 more tablespoons of water and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch to the half you save for the stir fry.
The rice noodles can be replaced with cooked rice. You can stir fry the rice in with the veggies, or you can serve the veggies and tofu over cooked rice.
