Mini Mushroom Calzones

We love a prep-ahead moment for the holidays. These can be completely assembled in advance and baked off just before, or even reheated if you need to.
Many markets sell mushrooms in a “chef’s pack.” You can grab one of those — or if your market sells loose mushrooms, get a variety. If I can find them, I love some chanterelles and oyster mushrooms in the mix, but a bunch of sautéed cremini mushrooms is absolutely fine if that’s what you can find.
