Mini Maple Peanut Butter Cookies

Small and satisfying and not super heavy. We’ve made them with dried cherries, chocolate chips, and a mix. All are excellent! They must be tiny! These are super tender, so if you make them large, they'll just fall apart.

Nut butter texture varies by brand. We use the Costco/Kirkland organic and as long as you continue to stir, it’s pretty runny, which is great here.
