I got this idea from one of our favorite local spots, Mayfield. They make the best dips and pretty cocktails. I saw this on their menu recently and it’s essentially my dream salad. In an effort to make it easier for a weeknight dinner, I toasted the sesames and pistachios with the crumbs and didn’t make a dukkah. I think the combination step works here and you still get all that texture.
