Korean Inspired Beef Bowls w/ Sesame Slaw

Beef bulgogi is typically marinated with soy sauce, spices, sugar, and pear to help tenderize the meat. We simplified it to be more weeknight friendly and top it with a crisp sesame slaw and more everything sauce.
If you’re a big fan of kimchi, I like to add about ¼ cup to the pan with the beef when it is almost finished cooking. It adds a great tang and a bit of spice. If your family is averse to the condiment, just serve it on the side for those who want to add it themselves.
Fried eggs are great on top, too.
