Hummus Tartines w/ Israeli Salad

We don’t even need to turn on an oven for this one! We’re going to buy some good bread, whip up a hummus (or don’t, store-bought is great), and do some chopping. It’s a great meal for a warm day and sits well as part of a brunch buffet or cutie appetizer on smaller crostini. I added one seeded jalapeno for a tiny bit of heat, but that is optional.
Include the mint if you’re eating it right away, but save the mint for just before eating if you’re prepping ahead, it can turn black as it sits.
I add feta because it goes, but it doesn’t need it. I’ve been liking the dairy free one at Trader Joes lately.
