Grilled BBQ Chop Salad

This one is easy! Ranch is a rollover from this week's Sunday Dinner and all the cooking is just done on the grill. You have two options for protein. Either you can grill a protein (using the method in the recipe) or you can use 1 ½ cups shredded chicken, 3-4 Tbsp. BBQ sauce, the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt, and lots of black pepper. Toss to combine).
We suggest a “BBQ Rub” here. I have tried a few brands, both Frontier Seasoning and Primal Palate have good ones.
