Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap

My daughter's request! She watches IG cooking videos over my shoulder and she LOVES Caesar salad, so when we watched a video of someone making one of these, she couldn’t believe we hadn’t made them yet. Here we go!

I didn’t want chunks of crouton in here, so I made the chicken crispy to give that same breadcrumby richness. You could skip this step and just do plain grilled chicken as well to save some steps but I do think it added a nice bit of texture.

I have always just used mayo for Caesar dressing because the raw egg yolk deal creeps me out a bit. If it does not creep you, Molly Baz has an excellent recipe and it includes a video. There is also a tahini-based recipe in the archives!
