This recipe is popular over at NYT Cooking by way of Dorie Greenspan and I had been wanting to give it a try. I wanted to add it as part of the SKCC collection because it is just perfect for a gathering this time of year! It takes a party to justify a whole Bundt cake, and there will be a time this season. If cranberries aren’t your thing, raspberries would be a nice substitute. I did lower the amount of spices from her original recipe because I wanted them to be really subtle.
