Vegan, gluten free, banana baked goods can come out chewy and appear undercooked, but split and toasted? Excellent. If those are not your preferences, replace the flax egg with a whole egg, and the almond flour can be replaced with all-purpose flour or cake flour if you have it.
These come across as a treat with the chocolate look they have going, so are great in a lunchbox!
