This is a texture somewhere between a chocolate brownie-ish cake, and molten chocolate cake, with all that warm fudgy sauce. She isn’t easy on the eyes per se, but if you like gooey cake, this is for you! What it lacks in richness without eggs and limited butter, is made up for with a scoop of ice cream so don’t skip that!
Holiday time? Consider adding a few drops of peppermint extract and serving it with peppermint ice cream.
