Chocolate Peppermint Crinkle Cookies

We get a box of Peppermint Jojo’s at Trader Joe’s on every trip. I love the chocolate and mint combination! These cookies use those flavors and are pretty enough to bring to a party. They are rich with chocolate and almost brownie like in texture. Allow time for the batter to chill so it’s easier to work with. The trick to a good crinkle is a very generous roll in the powdered sugar bowl, then tap off the excess.
