We served ours with pasta, and I wanted the pan jus to sauce up the pasta as well, so if you’ve ever made chicken piccata before, you’ll notice this one is juicier. We felt like this gave everyone at the table a few tablespoons of sauce over their dish. Traditionally, it does not have parmesan on top, but my family loves a sprinkle of that on anything remotely acceptable.
