Broccoli, Mushroom & Orzo Bake

I know some are averse to mushrooms. I chopped them super small to push them past the kids and it worked! You can eliminate them completely with no other changes or throw in ½ cup of frozen peas if you want more veggies. If you prefer an animal protein, ½ lb. of browned sausage can be included.
This is a great meal to make ahead and deliver or freeze for yourself.
