Blueberry & Cashew Granola

Blueberry & Cashew Granola

Makes

The best part of this granola is the big chunks. The way to get the bigger clusters is to pack the granola on the sheet before baking and then letting it cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring it to a container. This really helps get the bigger clusters that are so snackable.

We used cashews and dried blueberries here. Feel free to sway for almonds and dried strawberries, pepitas and golden raisins, etc.

Please read the recipe and do not add the cashews until the last 10 minutes of baking. Because of their high fat content, they will burn and ruin the batch.
