Beef Brisket w/ BBQ Sauce

I imagine this as part of a larger spread, maybe with some polenta or roasted potatoes and a crunchy salad. It does take time in the oven, but it’s mostly hands off. Brisket is a drier meat than say, pork shoulder/carnitas, so the sharp sauce both hydrates and adds extra flavor.
