It’s tough to make a satisfying pasta dish that doesn’t include cheese. I started this as a pasta salad, but we ended up eating it warm. I think you could go either way. If you prefer it cold, hold off on combining everything until the ingredients have cooled down, then add a few handfuls of baby arugula, and chill. Alternatively, eat it right away if you’d prefer it warm.

It can take the Anytime Baked Chicken Meatballs if you’d like to add a protein!
