Warm Butternut Miso Salad

We are salad people - regardless of the season. This one is a little more fall friendly, maybe more bowl that “salad” because its just as many mix ins as greens. It can be served warm or cold and stands up quite well in the fridge.

If you are making it ahead of time, make the dressing separately and dress it when you’re serving or else it will get pretty soft.

We used the Cruciferous Crunch bagged salad from TJ’s (remove the stems and Brussel roots!). Sub with shredded kale and cabbage if you don’t have it, you’ll need something sturdy.
