Summer Grilled Cobb Salad

Some grilling seasonings we like are the Simply Organic Grilling Blends or What’s Gaby Cooking blends from Williams Sonoma if you’re willing to make a stop. Most larger grocery stores will carry something, and the brand and specifics are not of huge consequence.

Everything comes together quickly, especially if you split up the duties. Have your partner assemble the salad while you man the grill or vice versa. This is stellar with a crisp rosé or a cold beer. Just add crusty bread! Happy summer.
