Street Corn Pasta Salad w/ Cilantro Pesto

I came across this photo on Pinterest and loved the idea. I always prefer my pasta salads to be heavy on the veggies, so I’ve tinkered with the yields here. With summer, when most of our mains are just some marinated proteins on the BBQ, a side likes this completes the whole meal. It would also be great for a block party or picnic as it holds up well.
