Strawberry Tiramisu

We have a small batch tiramisu on the site that works great for a gathering of 4. With more ladyfingers, I got this to work in an 8” baking dish, but if you want it deeper, a loaf pan works as well (you would have more leftover fruit purée for cocktails and reduce the heavy cream to ¼ cup). This version is more spring forward with strawberry, notes of orange, lemon and a light mascarpone filling. This is better the next day, as the cookies will have more time to soak. This would also be great in the summer, when berries are even fresher.
Make it work twice tip! The strawberry purée can be doubled and used in cocktails as a base.
