Spicy Tempeh Burritos w/ Mango-Pineapple Salsa

The tempeh and salsa both use red onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeno. Prep and remove what is needed for the salsa then use the rest for the tempeh.
For a tempeh filling that’s drier, use 1/2 cup of water or broth. For a filling that’s saucier, use 1 cup and cook just a touch longer.
