Spaghetti Squash w/ TikTok Sauce

I saw this idea on my friend Alexandra’s instagram. Of course you could use regular spaghetti, or even half pasta, half spaghetti squash, but I’ll let you choose the base here. I am a new convert to baking the squash widthwise instead of lengthwise - you really do get longer strands!
